1. Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
  • Items must be returned in the same condition as received

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom branded/printed items — any item with your logo, design, or personalisation
  • Bulk/corporate orders once production has begun
  • Items damaged through misuse or normal wear and tear
  • Items returned after 7 days of delivery

3. Defective Products

If you receive a defective product or an item that does not match your order:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost
  • We cover return shipping costs for defective items

4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method (M-Pesa or bank transfer)
  • Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

5. Size Exchanges

Need a different size? We offer free size exchanges on standard (non-branded) items within 7 days, subject to availability. Contact us to arrange an exchange.
