2. Products and Services

- Custom branding orders are subject to design approval before production begins.
- Minimum order quantities may apply to certain branding methods (e.g., screen printing requires 50+ units).
3. Orders and Payment
- All prices are quoted in Kenya Shillings (KES) and include 16% VAT unless stated otherwise.
- Payment methods accepted: M-Pesa, bank transfer, and cash on delivery (Nairobi only).
- Custom/branding orders require a 50% deposit before production commences.
- We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud.
4. Delivery
- Standard delivery: 2–4 business days within Nairobi.
- Express delivery: Next business day (Nairobi only).
- Upcountry deliveries: 3–7 business days via courier.
- Free delivery on orders above KES 5,000 (standard delivery).
- Custom/branding orders: 5–10 business days after design approval plus delivery time.
5. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including logos, images, text, and designs — is the property of I & F Premium Apparels and Merchandise and is protected under Kenyan intellectual property laws.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.
