Orders above KES 5,000 qualify for free standard delivery within Nairobi and its environs.

3. Custom & Branding Orders

Custom branded orders have a production timeline of 5–10 business days after design approval, plus delivery time. Your order confirmation email will include an estimated delivery date.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification. You can track your order status by logging into your account at My Orders.

Nairobi Metro: Standard and express delivery available
Major towns (Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru, Eldoret): Standard delivery via courier
